Today I fished rainbow Reservoir. I left the motor home and paddled… halfway to my spot I was thinking… I’m an idiot, yep certifiable. The motor would have been soooooooo much quicker, and easier. Continue reading

Rox’ Report From (Possibly) Her Last Kayak Fishing Trip of the 2010 Season
I took my wavewalk W500 out for maybe its last trip of the season. I spent a lot of my season fishing with my buddy on his Bass boat. Though I did have a good season, I catch a lot more Bass when I fish from my Wavewalk yaks. Continue reading

Rox Makes a Big Splash in Rainbow Reservoir, CT – Kayak Fishing Trip Report
Fished cranks, spinner baits, never threw my dingers at all. Picked up the Drop Shot rod, and it was off to the races. Not sure how many fish were caught today. Lots of Perch, and Sunnies, Smallmouth bass and a few Largemouth bass.
Funny thing, I was hooking smallies and right in the middle of them, I got slammed………….But the fish would not come up. Continue reading
