One of the best investments I’ve ever made

Fishing standing in a Wavewalk 500 kayak 1024

My Wavewalk 500 was one of the best investments I’ve ever made. I’ve had a lot of fun with it and caught a lot of fish. The most fun is drifting down the Allegheny for small mouth.

Thank you Dave, thank you Bill, and thanks to Joe from HBBCO Kayaks, who communicated this story to our blog,

    Yes Bill,

My first Wavewalk, a white W500, has carried me to a new world of affordable, low maintenance boating. And, I have been able to share access to all forms of water with many people from around our Country and the world. Enjoy the day and anticipate an exciting tomorrow.

    It’s been quite a journey Larry, hasn’t it?…
In the beginning you were happy canoeing in your white W500, and lately you’re zipping across the waves in a white S4 powered by a 10 HP outboard 😀
Things change, we change, the world is changing… Fun stuff!

And yet, some other things never change. I’m still paddling around the Nature Coast backcountry at 1 mph in my 500 (although I have to admit it’s a nice change from the 300)!!

Yes, I have to agree, best money I’ve ever spent.

I still use the W300’s, sharing my W500’s, and can’t wait for what 2019 brings me in the
W700 Striper season on the Ct River.

    GoPro camera locked and loaded!

Tight Lines and MoPaddle Safe all.
