Ben’s Catch in His Fishing Trip to Louisiana

This was the first year in the last four I missed the NJ fly fishing show, I was fly fishing in Louisiana last weekend. See below. Looking forward to using the Wavewalk kayaks much more this year, starting this spring. I’ll get the blog and pics cranked up for you!

  1. Good looking fish you got there!
Louisiana looks a bit chilly these days, but at least there’s some navigable waters down there, with no ice in sight…

  2. Those fish are some real beauties!

Looking forward to spring and some more reports.

I don’t think will have ice out here in Ct till June if it keeps snowing!

54.9″ and counting, with another Big Storm coming next week!!!

    Catch some more for Me!!

  3. Another one next week??! Aaah!
We got about the same amount of snow here, I guess, maybe a little more.
Here is what the entrance to our (long) driveway looked like today –
We nicknamed this strategic place ‘The Estuary’, and ‘The Straights of Gibraltar’, and we’re fighting to keep the driveway ‘navigable’ albeit the snow from heaven, and the ‘tidal waves’ of compacted snow that the town’s snow plows keep dumping there … 🙂
