We do see folks here in Florida with dogs in their yaks too but all of them have stories about gators going after them. The experienced folks keep an eye on the dogs and are tough with discipline. The inexperienced folks tell their kids the dog must have run away and pick up another one. For a kayaker who takes a dog on the water the W offers great protection for the animal and control for the owner.l I see a guy having a blast and that is what it is all about.
