If we could manufacture W kayaks at a very low cost they would be out there, in thousands of stores across America. Since we can't, and since we still want to offer our boats at a reasonable prices, we have to sell through our website.
BTW, we like customers who ask questions and think well before ordering, since they are more likely to order for the right reasons :)

The point arac133, is that for a lot of users there's no option to use or test drive a product before purchase, and the only way to know what it can/cannot do is based on user reviews and videos, especially from those already experienced in the activity with knowledgeable input (I mean do you get to test drive a computer product before you buy it? never happens). Most new, revolutionary products have to follow this course initially since its hard to throw advertising money at a upstart product without sacrificing quality.

I did not try my boat first before I ordered it, I simply did TONS of research and asked many people I know who are experienced. And honestly if the Stability section does not make sense to you... well I don't know what else to tell you. I am one of the very satisfied customers who's incredibly happy with his decision, it was not hasty.

I was asked last night by some kayaker where he could try a w-kayak... i said "right here, right now... pull up to that dock and I'll let you give her a spin"

Otherwise, I found your list is very good, and the differentiation between user-friendliness, comfort and ergonomics offers a better insight into these things.
