New Changes in Wavewalk Kayaks’ Product Offering
1. Model F6 was discontinued.
Fishing kayaks with more than 4 flush mount rod holders will still be available by special order at $25 for each additional flush mount rod holder.
2. The Camo (camouflage) color was discontinued.
Camo painted W kayaks will be available by special order for an extra payment of $120.
3. Model TRC was discontinued.
Bungees for attaching gear to the top side of the hull tips will no longer be available.
We introduced these changes in order to facilitate ordering. We thought the best way to do it was by eliminating unpopular choices.

I always thought that six rod holders was a bit too much, practically speaking

I kinda like the camo but i think a hundred and twenty bucks is a lot of money to pay for such an extra

The camo is cool - too bad there’s no way to get it for less but i wouldn’t try to do such a paint job myself

Never saw the point in attaching stuff over the W hull tips.
Doing such a thing can make sense when you’re on a sea kayak trip and you don’t have much room for your gear, but with the W kayak you get plenty of space inside the boat.

Sometimes it’s good to trim your offering
too much choice can be confusing

I agree with Q-S: the bungee webbing on top of the hulls looked cool but it didn’t make sense if you knew this boat’s storage capabilities

Offering bungee cords for tying gear over the w kayak hull tips is like offering a rudder or a seat for this boat - there’s no need for such things.
